Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States, except for remote areas such as Hawaii. Customers in remote areas will need to pay an additional $5 for shipping.

We accept returns or exchange of:

  • Orders signed for within 30 calendar days
  • Items in their original condition and packaging                        

    EXCEPTIONS - We can not accept returns or exchange of:

    • Items received more than 30 calendar days after delivery
    • Freebies (gifts that come with the order) are not refundable or exchangeable. 

    Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Product

    If you receive a incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a return or exchange.

    After receiving the incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please kindly provide us with proof: The photos or video of the incorrect item, damaged item, or defective item.

    You are responsible for the return shipping label. We will cover the shipping costs for replacements or new items.

    Exchange

    We only provide exchange services for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please check upon receiving your purchased items. If any of the aforementioned issues arise, please contact us immediately.

    Refund

    Warranty Exclusions

    The warranty does not cover the following:

    • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
    • Specials (products with the 【Specials】tag in the title) are covered by a 6-month after-sales guarantee only.
    • Freebies (gifts with your order) are not covered by the warranty.
