Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Product
If you receive a incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a return or exchange.
After receiving the incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please kindly provide us with proof: The photos or video of the incorrect item, damaged item, or defective item.
You are responsible for the return shipping label. We will cover the shipping costs for replacements or new items.
Exchange
We only provide exchange services for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please check upon receiving your purchased items. If any of the aforementioned issues arise, please contact us immediately.

- It is advisable to include your order number, SKU numbers, quantity of returned items, and a brief description of the defect in your package. This will expedite the processing of your return.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Period
All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
If your product develops a defect within the warranty period, please contact us promptly for repair or replacement.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Damages caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
- Specials (products with the 【Specials】tag in the title) are covered by a 6-month after-sales guarantee only.
- Freebies (gifts with your order) are not covered by the warranty.
