    Though this power bank is really big and heavy, I am happy to have such a big capacity power bank. The smaller one is easy to carry, but it only can provide 1 or 2 charges to phone, which can not meet my needs.

    I lost my 12000mAh power bank in Mexico, and the only way to charge my phone when I am outside is charge with my friend's power bank. But it charges too slow on my phone. I was very pleased that this 20000mAh came quickly. It works well with my phone. It provides about 3 times full charge for my phone. Although it is a bit heavy, I love it. I also want to recommend this product to her and ask her to throw that terrible one.

    This has been a life saver for my Tennage daughter who is always on the go and needing consistent access to her phone. With it's sleek design it fits almost anywhere, her small purse, bookback or just jacket. She has a Samsung Galaxy A20 which she has been able to charge up to 5 times from only 4% battery life.At first I was a little cautious but this is a definite must have and great value for the money. Stocking stuffers for the rest of the family for sure.Highly recommend this for anybody.
