1. Anker PowerCore 13000 Portable Charger - Compact 13000mAh Ultra Portable Phone Charger Double USB Power Bank

Lightweight and compact design, 13000 mAh high capacity built-in battery, PowerIQ and VoltageBoost technologies, 2 USB output ports for quick charges. This power bank enjoys 4,564 reviews, 4.7 out of 5 stars, one of the most typical reviews, written by Larry Fillingim, JD:

Was trying to determine which External Battery Power Bank to purchase, either the Anker PowerCore 10400 mAh or the Anker E3 10000 mAh! With over 8000 reviews for the Anker E3, and both at the same price, it took some extra research. Both have similar charging rates and capacity and I chose the PowerCore 10400 because: 1) It uses the more advanced Panasonic battery, although the LG batteries are good, there is performance differences for the Panasonic; 2) I prefer the more compact package of the PowerCore (thicker and shorter than the E3). One or more previous reviews stated that the PowerCore was somewhat slippery when on a desk, but I knew exactly how to remedy that by placing four extra small 3M bumpers # SJ5302 that I keep on hand and sold by Amazon. I can now place the PowerCore on a 45 degree angle on a slick surface and it's not going anywhere. Of course I researched countless Power Banks, and I keep coming back to Anker (I have them in two vehicles, a boat, bug out bag, and larger ones in the house for Hurricane season) because of their consistent quality (the little bags that come with them are great too) and longevity of maintaining their charge. Now with the new Panasonic batteries, I also bought another Anker Mini in the PowerCore series not because of 3350 mAh over 3200 mAh, but rather the Panasonic battery and the faster charging time for the PowerCore version.

2. Poweradd Pilot X7 20000mAh Double USB Power Bank External Portable Charger Battery Pack

Poweradd Pilot X7 Power Bank features 20000mAh high capacity, dual USB ports, 3.1A output in total,  built-in Grade A+ li-ion battery cell with over 300+ charge cycles. This power bank enjoys 1,440 reviews, 4.4 out of 5 stars, one of the most typical reviews, written by Vic:

I have been using this for about 2 years. It is a very good charger than holds a lot of juice. On full charge I can fully charged a completely dead cell phone [note 5] to full charge about 8-9 times over. It's rather hard to tell since I never am able to drain this thing in a single trip, usually fully charged it'll last me 3 vacations. This does not rapid charge, but with the included short cable can still charge rather quickly even while using your phone at the same time. Using a longer cable slows down the charge speed so beware! Also, when close to dead this charger takes about 2 days to fully charge [48 hours straight] , and this is understandable considering how much power it can hold. The button in the center is rather fragile so do not smash down on it or you could damage it, like I almost did. It is also rather heavy so putting it in your pocket will be a nuisance, it's more practical to carry it in a bookbag, purse, briefcase, which is understandable considering again it's power. The flashlight works decent, nothing special or better than what your cell phone can do. This device also never heats up & always stays cool. Overall it's the best double USB power bank I've had & i definitely recommend it for the price.

3. RAVPower 22000 Portable Charger 22000mAh 5.8A Output 3-Port Battery Pack

This power bank has a high capacity 22000mAh and 5.8A output current in total, from 3 USB ports. It has a  UL94 V-0 fire-resistant shell for protection and durability. This power bank enjoys 3,837 reviews, 4.4 out of 5 stars, one of the most typical reviews, written by Tony:

This battery is near perfect. It can charge up to 3 devices up to 2.4 amps per port (5.8 amps max) and can recharge at 2.4 amps (though when I was charging, I only was able to reach 2.0 amps with a 50% charge, see attached pic). It has lithium polymer batteries vs the normal lithium ion batteries you see in all other chargers out there. Its capacity is 20000mAh which means it can hold a good amount of chargers for all your devices. It also has Ravpower's iSmart 2.0 technology which identifies whats the safest maximum rate (amps) your device can charge at. I've been having issues with another brand that wont fully charge my iphones and leaves them at 95% charge, this charger chargers those iphones just fine (including my gopro, samsung tablet and 3DS all at ONE TIME). It is a bit heavy (pushing 1 pound), but with the charging capacity this thing can do, thats expected.

Overall, I love this charger. It would be nice if it had an LED flashlight function (possibly use the same button that checks the percentage left on the battery?), but thats just me being picky. Its good to see they included a case along with 2 different sized micro usb cables. I plan on taking this on our next vacation trip. Im pretty sure it would last the entire week. If theres one thing I would suggest, it would be a wall outlet charger that charges at 2.4 amps. Anything slower would insanely slow to charge this thing, especially when its completely drained. at 50% charge (how the charger arrived), it took nearly 5 hours to charge using my 2.4 amp wall outlet charger.

This Aibocn Power Bank has a simplified and neat design, pretty slim size. It has double USB ports (2Amp+1Amp Output) and 10,000mAh high capacity. This power bank enjoys 3,226 reviews, 4.4 out of 5 stars, one of the most typical reviews, written by James L. Fowler:

Was hesitant to purchase, then saw a video review of this AiBOCN 15600mAh charger. Made purchase and am happy in all areas: solid, well built; powerful, ie., can charge a cellphone and Tablet simultaneously, effortlessly. Most importantly, my wife loves it (was purchased for her) and recently included this item on air travel out-of-state....and performed solidly. Thumbs up to AiBOCN for a great product which does exactly (and better) than advertised.

5. KMASHI 10000mAh Portable Power Bank

Last but not least, this KMASHI 10000mAh Portable Power Bank is pretty awesome based on 10000mAh high capacity, convenient 2 USB ports, and intelligent power manage IC built in for protection. This power bank enjoys 7,156 reviews, 4.2 out of 5 stars, one of the most typical reviews, written by Michael Smith.

I'm using this to power the phone/scanner at work. Without some sort of backup the unit runs out of power after 5 hours. This has kept the unit going to 2 days so far, and still has 1/2 charge! The phone is used in an area that does not have AC access. This unit makes it possible to continue to use the phone while keeping it portable - just use a longer mini USB cord, throw the PB in your pocket, and truck on!
